Lauren Bries (She/Her) is an actor currently pursuing her BFA in Acting at The Hartt School. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Lauren began her theatrical journey at eight years old and hasn’t stopped since :) She recently studied for a semester abroad at Drama Studio London.
Lauren brings a classic, approachable look with a presence that naturally commands attention. She is equally at home as the sweet girl next door or the silent, controlled killer. Her strength is in contrast, think warmth with a bite and charm with an edge. Lauren is drawn to roles where power is held, either immediately or eventually.
Most recently, Lauren was seen inThe Laramie Project at The Hartt School. Currently, she is in rehearsals for Prayers for Strangers, a ten minute play that will be part of the Tell-Tale Hartt festival performing on May 6th.
